Name:
Norris 2
Age: 11 Years Old
Gender: Male
About: Hello, I am Norris — an 11-year-old gentleman who believes the best part of life is having a best friend. I love strolls, snacks, naps, and being by the side of my favorite person. I am a sensitive boy with a big heart, and I promise endless smiles and tail wags in return for love and patience. Even as a senior, I still enjoy easy adventures and being your loyal sidekick.
I have been overlooked because I get anxious when I am left alone. I was found abandoned in a house, and that experience never quite leaves you. I am not “too much” — I just need someone who understands. Someone who works from home, is retired, or simply wants a constant companion would be perfect for me. I do well in a calm home without kids, and I find comfort with a gentle dog friend, though I would also love to be your one and only if I am not left alone. You will not be on your own helping me succeed — I come with support, including help from my amazing foster and a free training session to make my transition easier. If you believe senior dogs and sensitive souls deserve love too, I hope you will consider me. Please apply to learn more or share my story so I can finally find my forever. Maybe it is you.
Name: Tarantallegra
Age: 10 Months Old
Gender: Female
About: Tarantallegra is a sweet, loyal cattle dog who forms very deep bonds once he feels safe and trusts you. He needs an adopter with herding/working breed experience — or someone fully committed to training, structure, and daily mental and physical exercise. Tarantallegra can be fearful with new people and does best in a quiet home with limited visitors. He tends to bond most closely with one person, making a single-person household ideal, though he could succeed in a multi-person home with consistent training. He prefers to take things at his own pace and needs a patient adopter who will respect his space while he builds trust.
When excited, Tarantallegra may try to herd, so he needs a “job,” plenty of enrichment, and regular activity. He loves chew toys, enjoys staying busy, and is a big cuddler once comfortable.
Tarantallegra is a flight risk in the first few days in a new home, so secure management is critical. He has done well with large dogs and his foster’s cat, but can be dog-selective, so slow introductions are a must. He is fully potty trained and will use a crate once settled in. A home without children is preferred. If you are patient, experienced, and looking for a deeply devoted companion, Tarantallegra could be a wonderful match.
Name: Macchiato
Age: 4 Months Old
Gender: Male
About: One short Macchiato, coming right up. This sweet baby boy is as soft in spirit as he is in fur. Macchiato is gentle, affectionate, and happiest when he is curled up in loving arms. Once he feels safe, he rewards his people with the sweetest little kisses and the kind of snuggles that make everything else fade away. Macchiato is currently being fostered at a doggie daycare, where he has discovered that he absolutely adores other dogs. He thrives in their company and lights up during playtime. Because he is a little guy, he can be shy when first meeting new people or in new environments. However, give him a moment to warm up and he will surprise you with joyful zoomies the second he realizes everyone is a friend. He is making wonderful progress with crate training and is already doing very well with potty training. Macchiato is eager to learn and blossoms with gentle encouragement and consistency.
Fair warning: productivity may decrease significantly with this sweet face prancing around your home. Between his adorable little strut and his melt-into-you cuddles, it is nearly impossible to focus on anything else. Thankfully, his soft snuggles make it completely worthwhile.
Apply to meet Macchiato today at souldog.org.

Name: Strawberry Lemonade
Age: 2 Years Old
Gender: Female
About: Affectionately called Berries or Bear by her foster family, this gentle St. Bernard has a story as unforgettable as her name. She was found atop a mountain pass above Lukachukai, AZ — starving, unable to walk, and still doing everything she could to keep her five newborn babies alive. After rescue, full diagnostics revealed that her wobbliness was not from injury or malnutrition, but from Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a congenital condition affecting balance and coordination. The important thing is: Bear is not in pain, and with simple safety considerations (help with stairs, caution around water, and avoiding heights), she can live a full, happy, normal life. Bear is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She blended into her foster family’s dog pack instantly and loves walks, car rides, and gentle adventures. She is fully potty trained, sleeps through the night, and walks beautifully on leash. She is sensitive, a little stubborn in the most charming way, and incredibly resilient. Bear may have a disability, but she is not defined by it. She is joyful, loving, strong, and so deserving of a forever family who will embrace her for exactly who she is. Any adopter would be lucky to share their life with this special girl.

Name: Rozata
Age: 3 Years Old
Gender: Female
About: Rozata is a petite little lady at just 28 lbs, but she carries a heart and spirit much bigger than her size. When she arrived at Soul Dog in October 2025, she had already done the bravest job imaginable — caring for her four tiny puppies while running on empty. Though she was underweight, timid, and recovering from sarcoptic mange, Rozata’s gentle nature shone through. Placed into a calm foster home, Rozata has blossomed beautifully. As her body healed, so did her confidence and joy. Today, she is completely housetrained, wonderfully quiet, and incredibly affectionate. She adores being near her humans, soaking up soft praise, and gently accepting treats. Rozata is happiest when she can simply stand by your side, offering quiet companionship and unconditional love.
She is a calm, sensitive, and gentle soul who has done well around other dogs and children. Rozata would thrive in a peaceful home where she can continue to gain confidence at her own pace. Though she may be new to life as a cherished indoor companion, she is ready to learn, explore, and bond deeply with her forever family. In return, Rozata offers unwavering loyalty, quiet devotion, and a heart that is overflowing with love. This little 28-lb bundle of sweetness has overcome so much, and now she is ready to find a forever home where her gentle nature can continue to shine — a home where she can finally be someone’s adored, beloved best friend.

Name: Sorreah 2
Age: 4 Years Old
Gender: Female
About: Sorreah is a stunning German Shepherd / Mini Husky mix, around 4 years old, and a perfectly sized 47 lbs of energy, intelligence, and affection. From the moment you meet her, it’s clear that she is a dog who thrives on connection — she absolutely adores being around her people and is happiest when she can spend time by your side.
Sorreah has the perfect balance of playful energy and relaxed companionship. She loves to play and explore, but after she’s had her exercise, she’s equally content curling up next to you for some quiet downtime. Her sharp mind and eagerness to please make training an absolute joy — she’s learning basic commands quickly and responds beautifully to gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and lots of love.
This sweet girl thrives in an active home where she can enjoy walks, hikes, and mental stimulation to keep her clever mind engaged. She delights in car rides, being brushed, and soaking up as much attention and affection as she can get. Her personality blends the loyal, intelligent nature of a Shepherd with the playful, spirited sass of a Husky, making her a truly unique companion.
Sorreah is looking for a family who can match her energy, celebrate her intelligence, and shower her with love. She will be a devoted friend, always ready to share in adventures, cuddle sessions, and the little everyday moments that make life special. If you’re seeking a loyal, loving, and smart companion with just the right touch of Husky charm, Sorreah is the perfect match.

Name: Sy Snootles
Age: 6 Months Old
Gender: Female
About: Snootles is a big, beautiful girl with a calm, confident, and gentle presence that instantly puts you at ease. She absolutely lives for belly rubs and will happily lean into you for affection, soaking up every bit of love you are willing to give. She also enjoys her independence and can often be found stretched out beneath the kitchen table, quietly relaxing and watching the world go by.
Snootles gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playful, social time with canine friends. She does best with dogs larger than her and is most comfortable sharing space, toys, and food with them. With dogs her own size or smaller, she prefers a bit more structure around food and high-value toys, which is easy to manage with separate feeding areas and clear routines. Snootles is still working on her potty training and will thrive with continued patience, consistency, and routine in her new home. She is highly intelligent and observant, and with positive guidance, she is quick to learn and eager to please. With her sweet nature, affectionate personality, and easygoing demeanor, Snootles will make a truly lovely addition to a loving family that understands her needs and sets her up for success. She is ready to find a home where she can relax, be adored, and continue to grow into the best version of herself. Snootles is not just looking for a house—she is looking for a family who will celebrate her gentle spirit, share plenty of cuddles, and make her feel truly cherished every day.

Name: Nymph
Age: 8 Months Old
Gender: Female
About: This fun-loving, goofy girl is bursting with personality and grit. Nymph is the kind of pup who will make you laugh daily with her quirky antics and then melt into you for snuggles like she’s been yours forever. At only one month old, Nymph endured a heartbreaking accident when the back half of her body was run over by a car. Her pelvis was crushed, and she bravely powered through three long months of strict crate rest while she healed. Despite such a painful and limiting start to life, Nymph never lost her spark. Her tail kept wagging, her spirit stayed bright, and she proved from the very beginning that she is nothing short of resilient. Today, she has healed remarkably well. Nymph keeps up with the other dogs in her foster home and is often the last one ready to call it a day. She doesn’t see herself as different, and neither should you. This girl has energy to burn despite her injuries and needs a home that will keep her stimulated and active to help her thrive. Mental enrichment, playtime, continued training, and regular activity will be key in setting her up for success and preventing boredom-related behaviors. She’s smart, eager, and ready to channel that zest for life into fun adventures with her forever family. Nymph can be a bit shy in brand-new situations, which means busy adoption events don’t always show off her full personality. Once she feels safe, her silly, affectionate, playful self comes out in full force. She is potty trained, crate trained, kid friendly, & cat friendly. Nymph’s story could have ended so differently, but instead it became one of strength, joy, and second chances. Now all she needs is a forever family who will see her for the incredible, happy-hearted girl she is.
