INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS
Helping people and animals around the world

Soul Dog has recently ventured out and expanded our work to include international areas. We bring our expert spay/neuter programs and selfless volunteers to several areas around the globe. These places have been selected as partnerships, with driven and determined individuals looking to make changes in the animal welfare world in their communities. Rescuers and animal lovers can be found in just about any town, in any country, regardless of socio-economic or racial background. We love to provide support to these people working hard and doing what they can to create change. Many countries where we work are severely impoverished and when life is hard for the people, it is often hard for the animals. Veterinary care and services are nearly non-existent and overpopulation and accidental litters are common. There is nothing more rewarding than being part of a movement to change and influence people’s attitudes and behaviors towards their animals. When a group of people are willing to travel thousands of miles to remote villages just to help a population with their animals and the locals see their animals being valued and pampered and fawned over, it makes a difference to the owner or guardian of these animals. There is no better way to see the world and experience the amazing people and culture along than the way than to do it through a “Spaycation” and do a little good while there.

Veterinarians, technicians, and anyone who loves animals is welcome to join us on an international campaign! The cost is cheaper than one might think…..our volunteers cover their own flights and travel expenses, often lodging is donated or comes at a minimum expense, many of our meals and transportation to and from clinics is also typically covered. We like to be tourists when we are in other countries some as well, so we always build a day-off into our schedules to see the local sights. These clinics are always at no charge to the people we help, so donations are graciously needed and accepted.
